Currently, in association and strategic partnership with WorleyParsons Indonesia – one of the world leaders in independent pipeline engineering and design consultant is appointed as the Engineering & Project Management Consultant for Repair KP 110 – KP 133 , Kuala Tungkal ~ Panaran TGI Offshore Pipeline project.

Job title : QA/QC Engineer

Report to : Project Quality Manager or QA/QC Certification Manager



Role :

· Overall supervision and control of all PMC QA/QC functions and monitoring/verification audit of EPCC & Fabricators' implementation of Quality Management Plan for offshore pipeline repair works.

· Monitor and verify implementation of approved Inspection and Test Plan for the project.

· Liaise, coordinate, and cooperate with TGI/PMT and EPCC QA/QC the proper handling and close out of all identified quality issues during pipeline construction.

· Control of and elimination of Non Conformance in the project.

· Coordinate/liaise with MIGAS and MIGAS TPI the schedule and implementation of mechanical or laboratory testing of welding and welder test coupons and Pressure Testing of the pipeline.

· Ensure that all required quality documentations and records are made, handled / signed off, properly distributed and maintained until final hand over by EPCC to Client.

Qualification :

· Education : University Graduate

· Training / Certificate : Welding Inspection / AWS- CWI or CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT NDE RT Level II

national equivalent, Basic Sea Survival and ISO 9001-2000 Quality System Training.

· Language : Fluent written and oral English

· Experience : Min. 5 yrs Oil and Gas Industry project construction experience, and with at least

two (2) offshore pipeline projects assignment preferred.

§ Proven able to effectively guide and lead a team of highly experienced, self disciplined / motivated QA/QC team for offshore pipeline work.

§ Familiarity with ASME/ANSI, API, and DNV standards related to offshore pipeline installation.
