We’re happy to inform you that currently we’re looking for the best candidate to be assigned as Block Exploration Team Leader for one of our client in oil and gas industry.



Based in Jakarta, and reporting to the Country Exploration Manager, the Block Exploration Team Leaders are responsible for the day to day management of the Client's specific exploration assets in Indonesia.



The ‘Block’ Exploration Team Leaders will work with a focused team composed of national and variably expatriate staff and consultants, to effectively manage the Client's specific exploration assets. The ‘Block’ Exploration Team Leader will be responsible for implementing the agreed exploration work programmes for their area of accountability, This will include direction and implementation of technical and operational programmes, day to day management and mentoring of direct reports, technical QC managing budgets, writing formal proposals and ensuring appropriate documentation and data management.



The ‘Block’Exploration Team Leaders will have the key role in managing the day to day interaction with Government bodies to ensure approval and successful implementation of the work programmes. The individuals will also provide the day to day interface and management of the joint venture partners.
