Tugas/Kewajiban Pokok:
• Memastikan terimplementasikannya kegiatan monitoring populasi penyu di kawasan Rumah Batu.
• Memastikan tersedianya dukungan masyarakat lokal terhadap kegiatan monitoring penyu, inisiasi penelitian ilmiah oleh WWF dan Mitra untuk tujuan pengeloloaan serta aktivitas (intervensi) pengelolaan di lapangan.
• Memastikan tersedianya database tentang populasi penyu dan PIT Tagging

• Memastikan adanya koordinasi kegiatan penelitian di lapangan oleh mitra WWF dengan pihak masyarakat dan pengelola kawasan (BKSDA)
• Memastikan hasil penelitian, termasuk hasil monitoring, dikomunikasikan ke masyarakat sekitar kawasan
• Memastikan tingkat efisiensi kinerja beach patrollers dalam menjalankan kegiatan monitoring
• Memastikan adanya usulan rencana kerja dan anggaran untuk kegiatan Monitoring penyu
• Memastikan tersedianya laporan teknis tiga bulanan dan laporan status populasi, serta progress kegiatan monitoring setiap akhir musim peneluran.

Responsibilities
Operates assigned equipment or areas of the plant and perform operations related activities. Utilizes the operations knowledge and experience to operate the plant in a safe and optimal manner.
Qualification
• Minimum Technical Diploma degree.
• Minimum 10 years in Polyethylene Pelleting and Reaction -UNIPOL Gas
• Phase Technology (Minimum 5 years as DCS panel operator).
2) Operator - Butene (Dimerization) - Job ID (Sofo 002)
Responsibilities
Operates assigned equipment or areas of the plant and perform operations related activities. Utilizes the Operations knowledge and experience, to operate the plant in a safe and optimal manner.
Qualification
• Minimum Technical Diploma degree.
• Minimum 10 years in Polyethylene Pelleting and Reaction/ Dimmer RMB/UNIPOL Gas Phase Technology (Minimum 5 years as DCS panel operator).

Acts as a technical resource for operations personnel, applying technical skills within Manage Production, to optimize plant operations, resolves plant problems and enable production of low cost, quality products.
Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering

4) Production Engineer- Ethylene - Job ID (Sofo 004)
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring / analyzing the plant performance, developing / implementing plant improvements and advanced troubleshooting of plant issues. The candidate also should assist Technical Advisor in day to day activities in order to optimize the unit performance while maintaining all EQUATE Environmental, Health and Safety standards.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years in technical services/operation of Ethylene Plant
5) Reliability Engineer - Job ID (Sofo 005)
Responsibilities
Function independently as a Reliability Engineer for one or more production units with an objective of meeting business plan and strategy by applying Reliability Principles to minimize losses.
Apply suitable reliability tools to continuously improve performance of the plant to make it more reliable and profitable.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in a petrochemical industry with at least 5 years in the field of reliability improvement or maintenance.
• Should possess hands on experience at the leveraging level on various modules of SAP, Weibull analysis, Root Cause / Failure Analysis, FMEA, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance budgeting.
